Terms and Conditions - ADORA Studios

Scope of Work: ADORA STUDIOS, hereinafter referred to as "the Firm," will provide interior architectural design and related services as per the agreed-upon Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Work Order. The Firm will ensure compliance with professional standards and industry best practices.

Payment Terms: The client will make payments to the Firm as per the agreed-upon payment schedule outlined in the Work Order. Any additional costs or changes requested by the client beyond the original agreement will be subject to separate negotiation and additional charges.

* 50% Of Payment Of Design Consultancy Must Be Paid Before The Drawing Handover

* 50% Of Project Architect Payment Must Be Paid After Arrival.

BOQ and Variation Orders: The BOQ provided by the Firm represents the scope of work, specifications, quantities, and estimated costs. Any variations or changes requested by the client must be communicated in writing and agreed upon by both parties. Additional costs resulting from variations will be documented in Variation Orders.

Intellectual Property: The Firm retains ownership of all intellectual property rights associated with design concepts, drawings, and specifications provided. The client may use the deliverables solely for the intended project and must obtain written permission from the Firm for any other use, reproduction, or distribution.

Warranty and Liability: The Firm warrants that services will be provided with reasonable skill and care. The Firm's liability for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from its services will be limited to the fees paid by the client for those specific services.

Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches a material term and fails to remedy the breach within a specified time. In case of termination, the client will compensate the Firm for outstanding services provided up to the termination date.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes will be resolved amicably through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, either party may initiate legal proceedings in accordance with the applicable laws.

By proceeding with the project, the client acknowledges and agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions set forth by ADORA Studios.
