Hotel Concordia is a proposed 5 star hotel located at the Inani Beach Point, Cox's Bazar. A total areal of 20 Bighas acquired for this Mega project. The hotel has 2 basement and 15+1 floors. There is two wings and a central atrium along with the core.
There is a large car parking with 200 car capacity, a Car Workshop, 6 Pools , among them 1 is Olympic size, Resort facilities, Gym, Sauna, Outdoor Dining, Garden, 2 banquet hall 3 restaurants, 5 conference room, 1 movie theater , Gaming zone including pull, 20 line bawling zone and a lot of amenities and facilities.
There is also a helipad on the top of the 16th floor.
